Health Journal — Symply Notes, operated by AscMX OÜ.
You can permanently delete your Health Journal — Symply Notes account and all associated data at any time, directly from inside the app. The process takes less than a minute.
How to delete your account

Open Health Journal — Symply Notes on your device.

Tap Settings on the Home page.
- 3
Tap Account.
- 4
Tap Delete Account.
- 5
Confirm deletion when prompted.
- 6
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What gets deleted, and when
When you delete your account, different categories of data are handled differently — some are erased immediately, others are kept for a limited time for legal or operational reasons.

| Legal & billing records | Retained 7 years (Estonian law requirement) |
Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play. Deletion of your data is permanent and cannot be undone.
Need help, or want to delete only some data?
If you are unable to access the App, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@symplynotes.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.
You can also request deletion of specific data rather than your entire account — for example, individual journal entries, appointments, or other information tied to your account. Email privacy@symplynotes.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", the email address associated with your account, and a description of what you'd like removed.
