When Pro builds a doctor summary, your raw voice transcript is never sent to the AI — only the structured entry data you can already see in the app.
Edit and delete, anytime
Your entries can be edited or deleted whenever you choose. It's your record — including the right to prune it.
No ads, ever
Symply Notes is funded by subscriptions, not advertising. Your health data is not an advertising product.
You control sharing
Nothing leaves the app unless you export it. The doctor summary exists so that YOU can choose to hand it over — that's the only door, and you hold it.

Every entry carries "Not medical advice." We'd rather under-promise than blur the line — the app remembers; your doctor decides.
